'Upon arrival myself and others guest checking in were informed that there was no hot water and could opt to make other reservations elsewhere if we choose. There seemed to be a problem with my check in since I booked with a 3rd party though I was never told the issue. Room was nice and clean though the bathroom was in need of ventilation.
