'Overall a nice hotel located on a nice not too busy part of Jaco. Rooms are ok and the food offered in the all-inclusive restaurant was satisfactory.'

'I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with a pool view, but upon arrival I was given a “comfort garden” room instead, which did not have any meaningful garden view. The plants outside the room were identical to those throughout the hallways, so it felt misleading. When I asked about the room discrepancy, Angela at the front desk explained that only garden rooms accommodate three people, which I understand. However, I was still charged the higher Deluxe room...

'The pools were a lot of fun. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher which allowed us to get food at the local market. Self-laundry service was convenient as well.'

Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

En nuestro caso rentamos una suite frente Mar, pero detrás teníamos una habitación muy ruidosa y todo el ruido se escuchaba. '
