'Unfortunately they are Definitely still working out the kinks of a new hotel -
Location is fabulous, rooms are new clean and beautiful and the staff was kind.
The Censes restaurant left lots to be desired and the logistical mishaps of the front desk charging and lost and found procedure was a bit exhausting….
Hope to try it again one day but maybe after they worked all the kinks out. '

'This time I booked the Courtyard by Marriott just for my wife, 3 year old son and my mother in law. I choose the Courtyard because they always treat the guest very well, the rooms are very clean, the people who work there very friendly and the breakfast is the best there is!
My family enjoyed it a lot and next time we are in San Jose I will definitely go back here!'
