'Wir haben diese Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung vor unserem langem Rückflug gewählt. Dafür war das Apartment super gelegen und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation vorab lief über WhatsApp (Chatbot) beim Check-in hatte es einen Concierge. Leider konnte er kein Englisch und wir kein Spanisch, aber wir haben uns irgendwie verständigt. Daher kleiner Abzug in der Kommunikation, sonst volle Punktzahl. '

'The 2 bedroom with kitchen was nice and clean.. The beds where good and the shower had nice warm water (not always as good in costa rica). Breakfast was good and staff very helpfull and friendly. Room a bit noisy due to people walking so close to the window but this was only in the living room not the bedrooms. Location is good, not downtown but close enough to be there in a few. This hotel is a goid place to start or end your holiday in beautiful Costa Rica!'

'We are very private people, and hate it when we rent a cabin and have any other houses within sight, to say nothing of those rentals with next door neighbors right on top of you. This gorgeous little cabin is tucked in the middle of the CR rain forest. No neighbors at all. Just hummingbirds, gorgeous butterflies and lots of other wildlife. 'Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees'
