« Wonderful quiet home in Cedar Rapids. The bathrooms and kitchen are recently renovated making it a very nice stay for our family (wife, adult daughter and her three children). The home uses hot water heat which makes for even heating throughout the house. The ping pong table was a hit with everyone. The new kitchen was very well appointed and we had no trouble cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! All in all a very clean comfortable cozy home to stay in. We would definitely stay here again. »

« It was such a treat to stay in this charming historic home. You feel transported back in time with the amazing architectural details but with all the modern amenities. It had everything to suit our family and dog- a 3rd floor rec room, bunk beds, a great fenced in yard, a dog bed, food/water bowels, plus a Harry Potter-style bathroom under the stairs! « This is a wonderful property in a perfect location! Easily walk to restaurants, attractions and the farmer’s market when it’s running. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. »

« The house itself was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately the pool was unuseable, which we wete not told. But over all our stay was wonderful. We loved sitting on the decks and seeing the deer every night. I will rent from him again »
