'Lovely staff, great location. Super close to multiple options for dinner. The receptionist helped us find some good restaurants, but I doubt there's bad ones. Parking was a little confusing as the hotel's space seemed full all the time but we rarely had trouble parking as there's a lot of spots at the side of the hotel. Recommend!'

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'It was literally one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had, the views, atmosphere, service, the hotel itself, the pool… all incredible. Because it was our first time in Jeju they even upgraded our room. 10/10, would recommend! Thank you so much!😍'

'Great hotel! Location was beautiful, accessible to many restaurants and cafes, right next to the beach area. We were able to walk to a lot of different places and it was relatively quiet and peaceful in the evenings. There were also a nice restaurant and lounge within the hotel as well, so that was a nice addition. '

'리뷰를 남기지 않을 수 없게 했던 숙박 경험이었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 호텔에서 마주쳤던 직원 중 친절하지않으셨던 분이 없었고 객실도 아주 청결했어요. 아주 어렸을때도 서귀포 KAL 호텔에 자주 묵었었는데 그때는 잘 몰랐던 산책로도 이제야 눈에 들어오네요. 다음 제주여행때 숙박 예약 1순위가 되었습니다. '
