Prima service (iedereen spreekt vloeiend Engels) en is er als de pinken bij om je te helpen. Zeer voorkomend personeel met glimlach. Prima restaurant (lokaal en internationaal) met gastronomische toets. Gezellige bar. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime en nette kamer met luxueuze badkamer, groot overdekt terras....

'Everything about the experience with the hotel was excellent. As parking is tricky in the old town, you park in nearby car park and they drive you to the hotel - all well coordinated. The hotel has been beautifully designed - it maintains many of the old features of the buildings, while at the same time adding modern elegance and convenience. Our rooms were very comfortable. 'The hotel was dated, looks like it could use a refresh. Paint chipping, mold in the shower. No toilet paper in the room. It was overall quiet and beds were comfortable but it definitely wasn't what i was expecting.'

'Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...
