'I booked penthouse very nice rooms kitchen and dining areas , jacuzzi was nice as well however the wifi worst I have come across in along time almost non existent , response to complaints not good at all , squash courts were not available , the resort is very clean all round even thou they busy with renovations , check inn was a bit unprofessional but overall good location and had a good time '

'I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable feedback or engagement or response to my requests, basically NO engagement or cooperation at all. I had to leave this property within less than 2 hours of arriving, as I did not feel comfortable to stay there. Of course, this property also does not offer any stay with a refundable...
