'Het hotel heeft betere tijden gekend en echt een update nodig. We waren iets te vroeg, er werd veel nieuwe gedaan de kamer klaar te maken dat was heel prettig. Minder qua service was het ontbijt. Dat was al zeer karig maar werd ook niet bijgevuld dus er was vrij snel zo goed als niks meer. Het lijkt erop dat de dame van de receptie ook het ontbijt niet doen. Geen handige combi. Kamer op zich ruim, bedden prima maar alles oogt oud. Wij vonden het erg zeer gehorig (veel mensen nemen honden...

'My sister and I stayed 3 nights at Northern Family Motel. The motel room was on the small side, but had a queen bed which was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and pleasant to deal with. We would stay there again as it was convenient to what we needed to do in the area. However, the AC unit was quite noisy, so we used the fan option which was much quieter. All in all a pleasant stay.'

'The Scottish Inn used to be a run-down and poorly-maintained mom-and-pop motel called The Nomad. The current owners have completely overhauled and modernized the establishment. Now the rooms are up-to-date, clean, attractive, well-furnished and comfortable. This is not a high-end-luxury area. However, for travelers looking for an economical place to stay that is close to practical retail and dining establishments, the Scottish in is an excellent choice. 'It was a good place to stay for an overnight. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee in the office. New floors, clean very nice staff/owner. I would definitely stay again.l'

'Rooms have comfortable bedding and very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap are good quality. Coffee is good and options are oat milk, creamer, milk. Easy to walk to Clarkson. Continental breakfast of cereal, toast, peanut butter, jelly, bagels, apples and bananas.'

'The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. '

'Our stay was incredible! I love how off the grid the cabin was. We enjoyed the quiet and we were one with nature. I highly recommend this cabin for lovers of nature!'

'Beth's place is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. They did an amazing job providing privacy. Mother Nature surrounds you in her glorious beauty. The river, hot tub, fire pit, putting green, and adorable apartment were everything we needed. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Just wonderful!'

'It was very spacious, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The rooms were very large and cozy! Plenty of off street parking and close to town and Clarkson University. '

'Super cozy cabin located close to town and Clarkson University. Check-in was easy and convenient. We throughly enjoyed our stay. '

'Very nice stay, could be improved with a few inexpensive minor changes- an additional towel rack in the bathroom, more implements in the kitchen, instructions for use of some of the extras and appliances, and some warning about the fact that you can't park on the street overnight. Also a chair on night stand in each bedroom.'
