'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'Had booked two night stay via Expedia. Called property day before our stay to advise them we would not be there for first night. Gentleman said he would make a note. Arrived there to check in for our second night and persons said there was no reservation and blamed Expedia. Said they were booked and no room for us. 'Rooms were pleasant. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Also great to interact with. The free breakfast was the best that I've had in a long time had a free breakfast Hotel. They even had a bar where we could have a drink at the end of the day. The first one was even free!'

'Front desk had one very overworked employee. The doorways in and out of the building were black and filthy. The pool was closed. The breakfast food was cold. The bathroom sink heat/cold temps were backwards. The towels smelled sour. The main hallway stunk and were musty smelling. Room was very cool which was a bonus.'

'We had booked a handicap assessable room as I use a wheelchair. I had surgery that day with both an incision on my back and on my abdomen. We were not given our requested room. Without my husband there to help I could not have gotten in the bathroom much less tried to take a shower, there were no grab bars. Horrible stay.'
