'I booked with the intention of proposing to me lovely girlfriend. The reception arranged with my friends access to decorate the room whilst we were out to dinner. Staff were amazing, location was gorgeous and food option 10/10….. SHE SAID YES!!!! A perfect trip and over the moon I chose the Grove'

'We stayed over the weekend as we had a party in town. Room looks nice but is very small with odd entry not what you would expect when you upgrade to the most expensive room. Bed is small 150x200, shower didn’t have a handshower. Mentioned this at reception they said, we know. No solution. Rainshower was crap and water went everywhere. Fan made more noise than a Boeing 747. There is noise from the bars below until well after 2 am and again in the morning when they start cleaning bottles and...
