'This was labeled as smoke free rooms. You can only smoke outside in a designated area. The room we had smelled like someone had smoked a carton a day in the room for months. It was horrible. We booked two rooms, they were across the hall from each other. One smelled like a ashtry one did not. We asked if we could change rooms due to the one that smelled so bad. They said no we could not change rooms. The guy offered a can of febreeze to spray in the room. There was a yellow stain on the bed...

'Only complaint was that the tub was very slick and there was not mat, so had to use a hand towel to keel=p from slipping.'

'No one was at the desk when we got there.. there were signs saying pick up the phone for check in. We had to let it ring and hang up and re do it at least 5 times.
