'Really clean rooms. Concierge staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Cleaning staff was too quiet, ignored our greetings, maybe pay them a bit more? Overall experience was great! Parking lot was clean and easy to access, in-out privileges 24/7.'

'Positives: Comfy beds and pleasant staff. Negatives: The air conditioner rattled and the floor had bugs on it. The worst part was how loud the upstairs guests were until 4am. I got no sleep. I reported this to staff twice, but nothing seemed to change. There was a family of 7 above me bouncing balls on the floor and jumping off beds all night. I won’t stay again.'
