'Extremely small room with an shower impossible to use no table to eat anywhere toilet seat was not even the right size and kept moving terrible experience this time'

'Schoon kamer en ontbijt was goed. 🙏'

'No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived'

'DIcht bij de ondergrondse naar het centrum. Klein hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Prima voor een kort bezoek aan London.'

'Love the room was nice and no issues'

'Do not book with this hotel or use this app! My experience was terrible, and everything was very poorly organised. I had to wait outside for around 15 minutes, received no confirmation email, and had to make extra phone calls at my own expense. When I finally got a room, the bed smelled horrible, and I did not feel comfortable or safe. What disappointed me the most was Expedia’s customer service. When things went wrong, I expected them to help me find a fair solution, but they refused to give...

'Something of a strange experience. Was let in by someone living there. My room was occupied by a long term tenant. The owner explained the place is an HMO and he didn't know why the room I booked was advertised. He gave me a refund.'

'Hotel apparently doesnt exist on hotels.com even though we booked it throigh them, have the confirmation and paid in full. When we arrived, no record of our booking and they were fully booked!! Very stressful, expensive and unnessessary. Cant comment on the inside as never got that far!!'
