« Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

« Very nice hotel , clean bedroom , large mirror and coffee maker in the bedroom , very efficient air conditioning . Beautiful and large swimming pool where we can swim laps . There is a basketball hoop in the swimming pool , it's very funny . Plenty of parkings space for the cars . This hotel is located in the city center . There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around next to the hotel . There is a very large and beautiful beach 5 minutes walk from the hotel . We stayed 27 nights...

« We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service. 1. Front desk staff told us there is an ice bucket in our room, however we did not see it. 2. Breakfast selections are poor. 3. There is no any signs in the room that call locally will charge a fee. When we check out, they charged us 0.75/minute. 4. If you lose your towel card or room cards, you will get charged (thank God! we didn't lose any of the...

There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive.
