Location is excellent as I am not fond of too many turns to get from point A to point B and this property was ideal for everywhere I needed to get to and was, pretty much, a straight shot to everywhere I needed to go. 'This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.'

'Unit is in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen sink faucet falling off. Dryer does not work, lack of eating utensils, bathroom tub just worn out. Kitchen drawers barely open. We had gun shots outside the unit the first night we were there.'

'Older property a bit run down. Biggest problem is the smell when opening the front door. Couch has stains and perhaps is part of the smell reason. King bed was good. Remote for bedroom is broken without batteries. Quiet area and very convenient for downtown Alexandria.'

'Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. '

'Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if...
