'The unit was clean and well furnished. The listing identified it as a basement apartment: note that this is a true basement apartment and not half basement. There are steep stairs leading to the basement level and only 2 small windows (one in each bedroom). Location was in a residential area and was good, Fort Saskatchewan is not a big town so amenities were within either a 10min walk or 10min driving distance.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds were great and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful little snacks that were provided. Access was easy and communication with the host for check-in and check-out was clear and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.'

Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. 'A great space for a private stay. Arman was great with communication. I made a change to the booking before I arrived, and he made the process efficient and accommodating. I also added a night after what I had booked for, and he was very quick to work everything out so I could adjust. The neighbourhood felt very safe, the place was spotless and well equipped.
