'No tienen agua caliente, una de las recepcionistas quien es cordinadora de las demas, pesimo servicio, no tienen control en su orden en el hotel, parece motel(gritos etc), azotan puertas, chavos corriendo en el pasillo etc . Y su solucion fue cambiarme de hotel. Pesima experiencia '

'I checked in at 12am midnight, didn’t noticed there were no towels in the room I called in the morning to have towels brought up, I had to come down and asked for a 2nd time 45 mins later, the attendant with an attitude told me to go back upstairs and they’d bring me towels, and still waited another 15 mins, waited outside for them to bring to me, it was horrible Only people that were very friendly and helpful were the parking attendants, other than that horrible service, will not be staying...

'Beautiful place. Everyone was friendly and tried to be helpful but they initially put us in a room where the heat didn’t work and didn’t have another handicap room available with a king bed. Also the only had two rooms with grab bars around the toilet making it hard for my husband to use it.'
