Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. 'Mirror needed in the room. There was only one mirror which was in bathroom. Else worth staying and worth every penny.'

'Nothing stood out on the positive side. I guess the bed was comfortable. The tub/shower had signs of mold and or mildew in corners. The was no fan switch, so I am guessing the cold-air return was the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom. It was very dirty. The wall behind the bathroom door was dented from the lock button on the door handle. It had been repaired before, but they didn't bother to put in a door stop to keep it from happening again .... The flooring in the hotel room was hard...

'We were in town for a wedding. The room was very large. Breakfast had many options and the nightly reception was an added bonus. Location is wonderful.'

'The Antlers is an old hotel. Many areas need updating. The room was clean and comfortable, just dated. The hallways needed work...dark. The staff was great and the restaurant was good for breakfast( which was the only meal we ate there) The location was in downtown and in a depressed area ( homeless). Easy access to the freeway and beyond and parking was below the hotel. Next time in Colorado Springs, I'll take a pass staying there again, not for any particular reason, just dated.'

'Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn.'
