'Both pools close at 6pm at Cinnamon Beach. Splash bad is also closed for maintenance. So, if you arrived and wanted to swim, you had to go over to the resort. The garden tub spout needed maintenance, so it took awhile to get hot water to fill it. This condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. The only downside was there were no dish towels in the kitchen, a roach in our shower, and early closer of the pools .'

'The room had a really bad mildew smell and the carpet was wet Bed was rock hard and tough to sleep on'

'A very comfortable and convenient hotel directly on the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee in the lobby in the mornings'

'This hotel is closed. Found out on a day of arriving. Yet Expedia still has it on their website for people to book it. Make sure they are open before booking.'

'Alle kamers uitzicht op zee. Prima en zeer gastvrij ontvangst, kamer prima. Verwacht geen luxe maar voor een a twee nachten goed verblijf'

'Hotel staff was incredibly helpful. Property was conveniently located and easy to find.'

'Super schoon.Vriendelijk personeel.

'Great service for late check in. Comfortable beds.'

'The check-in staff was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which we really appreciated! Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room could have been much better. There were hairs on the shower walls, the floors were dirty, and the room appeared to need a more thorough, deep cleaning. We also had to bring our used, dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. It would have been much more convenient if staff could collect the used towels from the room and provide fresh...

'No complaints'

'We arrived at the property with a trailer and no place to park it. Heather and Rose went out of their wat to help us resolve the problem. There was another gentleman that helped as well but I can't remember his name. Later that evening my husband dropped a small part off of his motorcycle and we went to the front desk where we met Nancy. She too went out of her way to find the bike part. She even googled it to see what it looked like. She was able to locate the bike part and return it to us. The...

'iedereen was onverschillig. Vrouw bij inchequen was nors en onvriendelijk. Nadien kwam Tim aan receptie zitten. Hij was zeer vriendelijk. He did a great job. Thank you Tim.'

'This was our second stay in this building. It's centrally located to all the things we like to do at Bike Week & Biketoberfest. There is shopping (grocery) nearby & restauants. It's directly on the beach, which I love, but there's also a pool. The only issue I've had at all is that the lock boxes are horrible to try and open/close. They definitely need to be updated. Small price to pay for having a wonderful couple of days in a beachfront hotel! We will definitely stay here again & again!'

'Rooms smell like mold'
