'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ! The loft apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything we could need. The apartment was more spacious than I expected. Just a short walk down the yard to the small beach and dock, and we spent great hours kayakng and just sitting on the beach. Kristine and Scott were very friendly, helpful and great to get to know a little. We will definitely be looking to visit and stay there again '

'Wonderfully clean, new renovation and ample space (3 baths!) made this an excellent place to call home for a few days. Beautiful beach on the Rappahannock just down the road (walking or golf cart distance). '

'Great hosts, great house, great view! Secluded and very private. Amazing dock with plenty of room for all of us out there. And the dock is out way out there, which was fantastic. We will absolutely return to this property for a number of future getaways. '

'Lovely stay! Can’t be more grateful for all of the space! We enjoyed the deck and view. The downstairs area was the perfect hang out area with space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water boats were a great addition the kids enjoyed in the river. Adults enjoyed taking the chairs out to the dock. A little older home, but everything seemed clean with some updates noticeable and updates in progress. We really enjoyed our time.'
