« Property was very neglected poorly maintained. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom roaches and the sink was dirty. A lot of cosmetic issues as far as drywall damage and no paint on patched spots of the walls. Thermostat also didn’t work and the window lock was broke raising potential risk. The stair rails were not secure either. Overall this hotel is a liability that should be shut down until properly renovated. »

« The Housekeepers were such hard workers but, when they get so many roo.s to clean is almost impossible to get the rooms clean like they supposed to. »

« Signs indicate rooms confused due to not labeled properly, l have to ask employee to find my room. Which l was at the first floor but lobby didn't say a word or explain where is the hallway leading to my room. I didn't know or l didn't check correctly why did l get a charge for $50.00 dollars, l am assuming hotel fee? I should get a better hotel costing me, over $200.00 dollars in price range for a basic room. Outdoor pool was dirty. Towel hanger from inside the bathroom door fall when l hang...

« The staff is wonderful. It’s a great stay for pets. The location is misleading, it’s not near the airport. But it is a great place, the outside space is serene and comfortable. »

« We have stayed at this hotel for years, but this last experience was not the best. The staff did not seem very happy whenever we requested more towels or anything extra that we needed. They always seemed to be in a bad mood. I’m sure it was because of the large number of people staying at the hotel for the track meet competition, but that’s not the guests’ fault. Providing customer service is part of their job. The second issue happened at around 1:00 a.m. An alarm went off, or something...

« Very over priced hotel. Was very beautiful hotel and nice rooms but when we checked in they told us free breakfast in the morning ok so in the morning we go have breakfast. As we were leaving even our server said breakfast was free. But when we go to check out the front desk tells us its not free and its 67 bucks for a very nasty cheap breakfast coffee was trash just the whole breakfast wasn't worth 67 bucks. Again very beautiful hotel but bad communication between employees and not worth...
