'The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. '

'I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied. The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all.
