Nice restaurants in walking distance, parking space and bus stop in front of building. Only minor point for improvement: the sofa bed in living room was oke but a bit too soft for me and to use it you have to move a beautiful but quite heavy table. '

'Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location.
