'We stayed in a large refurbished room, comfortable bed, large bathroom super show and nice toiletries. The breakfast was lovely there could be a better bread choice selection and it gets busy and the staff are at full stretch but it didn't detract from their professionalism. We used the bus and if you plan and get the right ticket it works saves messing around looking for parking spots.Thoroughly recommend.'

'Brand new hotel in a convenient location - easy walking distance to the station and the cathedral. Parking arrangements in the nearby Forum multi-storey worked well. Staff especially helpful while getting used to the new facility themselves. Quality of food excellent both at breakfast and for all-day dining in the ground floor open plan restaurant. 'De bedden waren heel slecht. Er stonden maar 2 bedden op de kamer terwijl er 3 geboekt waren. Heel slecht kinderbed. Ontbijt was niet te eten. '

'Als je van klassiek en antiek houdt, dan is dit zo'n hotel. Gezellige zitjes overal, mooie eetzaal, lekker Engels ingericht. Kamers zijn mooi en de eerste koffie 's morgens heerlijk, want er staat een Nespresso-apparaat, hoera. Prima parkeerplaatsen achter het hotel (valet-parking). Winkels en restaurantjes (ook een Indiaas rest.) op loopafstand; Broadway is en blijft een leuk dorp.'

'Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk bed. Personeel werkt had en doet zijn/haar best. Het is alleen gewoon géén 5* hotel. Restaurant zeer teleurstellend (steak rauw, tafels worden niet goed schoongemaakt. service door onervaren krachten). Kamer was prima, maar douche te krap, honden gadgets vergeten (na telefoontje wel snel hersteld) en sauna bleek alleen na 10 am- tot 5pm toegankelijk én tegen extra meerprijs/ zeer klant onvriendelijk. 'We stayed just one night, a Monday, as we wanted to go to the market held in Moreton in Marsh every Tuesday, April to October. This market was first granted by charter in 1629 and established in its current form in 1976. While it is a relatively small market, it was very interesting, and we got a couple of lovely items. 'Zeer goed middelgroot country hotel. Hotel is zeer oud wat je kan merken aan de golvende vloeren. Hotel is mooi gerenoveerd. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het op een zeer drukke kruising ligt. Wel dubbele ramen. Ontbijt is zeer goed. Vooral als je een Engels ontbijt wil is er heel veel keus. In de bar kan je bijna de hele dag eten bestellen. Zeer ruime keus. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Zoek je een hotel in een rustiger plaats, kijk dan eens in Broadway. Rustig en zeer mooie plaats.'

'Everyone was so friendly, not just in the Inn but the Village as a whole. The room was very comfortable, with only a short walk to the station, local walking spots & free on street parking straight across the road. We would come here again, thanks for a wonderful stay.'

'A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.'

'Dumbleton Hall has undergone a huge multi-million pound refurbishment, and it shows. The finish combines beautiful finishes, sumptuous fabrics and age-worn character features which have been tastefully restored. The staff were all extremely polite and attentive, with the exception of one evening when we were left waiting to order drinks. The drinks were delivered and by way of an apology they were on the house. Things happen in any business but I do feel it's how these things are handled which...

'Arriving in the charming village and then pulling up to Buckland Manor was a dream! Every detail has been seen to with lovely staff, well furnished rooms, gorgeous peaceful grounds. We could pop on many walking paths right from the door and roam the countryside. One wouldn't need to leave this property for days with every need met beautifully. Exquisite!'

'Bed was lovely and comfortable. Room was very nice. Struggling to get in and out of the shower. Staff on the whole were lovely but felt there was an atmosphere of discontentment amongst staff. Food expensive with service charge added without giving us the opportunity to say no. Rats running around the skip outside. Needs a general paint job outside. Leaving on a positive the breakfast was lovely.'
