'Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree. '

'Location is primo. On the boardwalk and Fitzroy beach. You can’t beat sitting on the deck in the evening hearing the surf 👍very comfy bed. Not so comfy inside couch area however didn’t sit around inside much. 😎'

'Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, surrounded by trees, bird song and beautiful views of Mt Taranaki. The cabin was well appointed, very clean and super cozy, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The only thing that would make it even more special would be a small flame effect heater. We’ll definitely be staying here again in future.'

The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home. It's in lovely location near the port, but still walking distance to town for dinner. Highly recommend and would stay again.'

'As soon as we walked in could smell the cleanliness of the place. Beautiful decor. Comfortable sofa and great having sky. Loved listening to the waves and close to amenities. So easy to relax and put your feet up. Love the track to the beach and beautiful sunsets'

'Great dog friendly property. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower with fab pressure! Plenty of firewood for the fire, just had to buy kindling. Access to main door was not close to car, not ideal if its raining on arrival or departure. Clean and tidy. Location was quiet and handy to CBD. Appreciate that we could bring our dog on holiday.'
