'-mold in shower -house keeping left waste bins outside of our room. Food debris lingered on the carpet in that location for duration of stay -no handsoap in room upon checking. Took two hours and multiple calls to reception to get soap.'

'The property looks very nice and allows you access to a beach for swimming, a dock for jumping into the lake and two pools (although one pool wasnt open while we were there). The pools are much smaller than you would expect so can get a bit crowded. The rooms were a good size and looked like they had a nice refresh at some point in recent years. My biggest con is that our room had a dirty shower curtain and we had booked the room for 4 people and they only gave us enough towels for 2 people. In...

'The place is beautiful, and the owners are very accommodating. They even let us stay in a bigger room, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean, and the lakefront was really nice. The rooms and washrooms were also very clean. It’s an excellent place to stay, especially for first-time visitors. They also have a fire pit (i think u can bring wood or just buy it there), BBQ tools (you just have to pay for the gas), and equipment you can use at the lake. Overall, we had a great stay!'

'The website indicates that there is a hot tub on site, but a staff member said that it was a sitting tub only. We were a bit disappointed about that. Our room didn’t have much a view. The staff was lovely. They were very helpful. The resort was well kept and it was in a great location. It was affordable too! Close drive to Bala and to Coldwater which were lovely towns to visit! We would book this venue again.'
