'宿泊代金きちんと支払っているのに子供が 小学生扱いだから大人の料理は追加代金かかると言われて驚き？結局間違えていたと謝罪はあったもののどういうシステムかと 出鼻からすごく嫌な気分の旅行に。 プロが選ぶ日本の旅館5位は間違えなく お金積んで順位上げのレベル、これはお風呂、料理は良いがスタッフ教育のレベルが接客から配膳置いてまでレベル低くて驚いた 田舎の旅館であり、ネットの順位に騙された感を受けており、ホテル三日月さん などで学んだ方が良いかと思いました。 二度と行かないです。本当に騙されないでください。'

Right from being picked up from the station in a beautifully restored car, through to the well appointed rooms (and well stocked free mini bar and room service) and the incredible breakfast and dinner degustations, we had an incredible stay. Mark and the entire team were so lovely to welcome us and make it an unforgettable stay!'

'Even though I received confirmation email after booking and a message from the hotel in the Expedia app outlining all the details for meals and amenities a week prior to check in, when we arrived at the hotel the front desk couldn’t find our reservation. The hotel was fully booked and had to put us in a room that was under renovation, which means no air conditioning in August. And of course no meals provided and no in-room hot spring tub. We arrived late and were too exhausted to find...

'建物自体は古いけど、掃除は行き届いていて綺麗でした。 ビーチは見る分にはいいが、入れる海ではないです。 夜11時で外に出れないので、コンビニなどは行きずらく、売店もないのでそこが不便でした。 朝日はとっても綺麗に見えてよかったです。'
