'Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. 'De ruimte was niet geod omdat moelijk te lopen was ivm de hoogte van plafond. De douchekop was defect. Dekbed was 1 persoons terwijl de bed was voor 2 persoons. Tv werkt niet. In de badkamer was niets om handdoeken op te gangen. Het was echt onder het niveau voor deze prijs. Er was wel keuken maar geen waterkoker. Het is slecht onderhouden. Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is 1 op 10.'

'Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. '

'Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. '

'My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.'

'Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again.'

Some traffic noise in the balcony area, especially with the window open. Close to bus stops, 10 minutes bus ride to Brunnen for station, boats and supermarkets. Good location for exploring the area (Rigi, Stoos etc). Washing machine and dryer in basement - detailed instructions for these in English would be useful, as they only show...

'The room would have been decent if it weren’t for the leaking air conditioning, broken door handle, lack of WiFi and no curtains. There is no reception or help available at the property, and to get in contact with the host you need to call a Swiss number (which simply is not possible with my phone plan and would have been expensive either way). Upon talking to some other guests, the WiFi had been out of service for multiple days. Would not recommend.'
