« It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit. »

« We had a wonderful time in these smart Shepherd’s huts. Such a good idea to have two! They are well equipped and are nestled in woodland on the edge of the host’s garden. « Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

« We booked this spacious and comfortable bungalow for our Christmas break. It was ideally situated to visit sights such as Uppark, Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst, Pulborough and Chichester - all within ,30 minutes drive.
