'De kamers zijn oud en hebben een stankgeur. Schimmel in de badkamer. De kast stonk. Het matras was versleten. Kamers moeten echt vernieuwd worden. Overal vieze vochtgeur. Het ontbijt was goed. Maar zulke slechte kamers niet eerder meegemaakt. Zonde van me geld. '

'It was amazing stay, I highly appreciate the staff special thanks to Jine ( in the recipient) he was very professional and went out of his way all the time, very helpful, all the staff very supportive and make you feel very VIP. I am definitely going to return to this hotel. Massage was amazing, the pool well maintained, the rooms were very large and clean and the most important they treat guest with high respect and very generous. Maybe one area for improvement would be the breakfast...

'Il resort si trova in una zona molto bella, sul maree vicino ad un UNESCO World Heritage site. Ci tornerei'

'Given its 5-star rating, the hotel feels more like a lower 3-star establishment, with inadequate facilities and subpar aesthetics. The overall impression is that it's quite cheap. Furthermore, the room smelled unpleasant.I even complained twice, but nothing changed.I'm forced to continue sleeping in this unbearable situation. The water for the shower is just lukewarm, not even standard warm, so I can't enjoy a hot shower. The Staff is very friendly and helpful.'

'All new and very large and spacious place'

'Staff lovely. Don't bother with a spa treatment '

'Perfect '

'the property was located in industrial area. And property price was huge hype.'

'The hotel was decent, but not worthy of a 5-star rating. It's located a fair distance from Salalah's main attractions. Overall, a bit of a letdown. However the staff were very friendly and helpful'

'My second stay confirms the best price/value for cityhotel (without pool) in winterperiod. Central Salalah, close to mosque an 20 min walk from beach.Easy parking.Very big rooms, with splendid lighting and great view. good breakfast. Good personal service, from all of the team.'
