'It’s a good value for the money that take care of any problems pretty much right away the very attentive. It’s an a quiet place plenty of room more room than you can imagine. I would recommend it for anybody that wants to get away from the city and have a place that’s close to the Falls.'

'Check in and out was easy and they accommodated me leaving my luggage early, which was very nice. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons.
First, while the location is good- walkable downtown, there is a large boombox for a food truck facing the chalets until 2am or so. Second, the electric shower was effective but scary. There were visible wires with electric tape which, with running water, makes one antsy. Although it’s not a part of my rating, know there are no microwave, either.'

'When we got to this property, we were very excited. It was beautifully located in the jungle and the rooms are individual huts. Very remote, very beautiful.
We were pretty quickly surprised by the staff. Very few were helpful. We believe it’s because we don’t speak much Spanish, but we tried our best and even used translator apps and most staff just seemed annoyed with us. However, all was fine and well until a storm came.
You would think they get lots of rain and have a plan in place....

'I couldn't get into my room and sat on the street for an hour after 1:00 am. WhatsApp wasn't working at all. It's a big deal that I have a room after I got my phone. Is it true that there were no orders from you?'

'The check in and check out process was smooth. Ivan is very responsive and help fix things whenever it’s needed. The location is also perfect, quiet enough while walkable to the commercial area. However there’re a few things could be better for the property to have a comfortable stay - The bathroom upstairs needs a shower curtain - The bathroom upstairs needs towel hangers - The property overall could have been cleaner. There were dusts/dirts in some places, and water left in mate cup when we...
