Demerara-Mahaica : locations de vacances

« Room/apartment was clean but needs some updating with painting Staff was excellent no complaints Breakfast was fur filling and simple Outdoor pool was clean lounge chairs need replacing mostly all are damaged Overall I would stay again and recommend to others »

« Loved the stay the staff was amazing!! »

« When I make my yearly visit to Guyana, Next Level Apartments is my one and only destination. The owner (Terry) is a consummate professional. He is attentive to the needs of his guests, and goes beyond the scope of his responsibilities to make his guests feel at home. »

« The on line images were misleading. Dangerous spiral stairs to climb to get to the second floor and equally dangerous to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedroom, which is one floor above »

« The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom. »

« The staff and the environment great service and it was a wonderful stay »

« The apartment was well kept, the host was very kind and accommodating. The location of the apartment is within access all your basic needs. »

« This place is FAR from luxury. I booked because of the other good reviews, but now I am heavily doubting those reviews are from real clients. One of the acs were not working and the refrigerator was leaking. On top of that the water coming from the pipes were rusty and smelled disgusting. The doors were terrible looking and rusty grills. It does not look like the photos! We were in town for 3 days due to a funeral and could not stand it any longer so we left the very next day. To add insult...

« Hamilton is a helpful host. »

« Very peaceful and quiet property away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away (which was great!!). Host and cohost were had great communication and easy good. Would definitely recommend and stay at their property again. »
