'Breakfast had plentiful options and meal preparation points for omelets and soups. Lots of fresh fruits and pastries. Staff was super friendly and helpful, access to beach and bit more quiet area next to the Marble Mountains was a definate plus. Recommend it highly for people not looking to get the traffic sounds bothering them.'

'Great hotel close to all the sights and the beach. Our room was clean and spacious and had a wonderful view of the sunrise. Breakfast was very good and there were enough food options to fill you up prior to the start of the day. It is a large hotel, so it can get busy, but there were never line ups for food.
Unfortunately there was construction across from the hotel, so it was noisy during our stay. It looks like it is the start of a large project, so this could be the case for some...

'This resort is really 2 or 3 resorts in one. You can stay around the main area and have a traditional beach resort vibe. You can stay in one of the rooms surrounding the lagoon pool and garden to get a more tropical atmosphere or you could splurge and get one of the big villas if you want more privacy.
We chose to stay in the lagoon area as that best fits us. The whole stay was honestly amazing, if we had more time in Da Nang we would have definitely still spent it at Furama resort'

'Het hotel zelf is echt top: mooie, schone kamers en goede faciliteiten. We hebben hier over het algemeen een heel fijn verblijf gehad.
Wat we wel merkten, vooral in het restaurant, is dat de houding van het personeel in het begin soms wat afstandelijk was. Zodra ze doorhadden dat we uit Nederland komen (Surinaamse achtergrond), veranderde de benadering duidelijk en werd de service veel vriendelijker. Ik snap dat dit niet altijd bewust gebeurt, maar als gast voelt dat toch vervelend.
