'With on-line booking there's no way to know that only some of the rooms have an individual outside access door on the first level. I prefer those, and usually can select one after I arrive. In this case, there weren't any available. And if there were, they're more expensive than what shows up on line. For me, it would just be nice to choose when booking. That's a personal issue, many people don't care. Other than that, the room was fine.'
