« We rented a wonderful villa built with really nice woodwork and stonework. The owners were very helpful and provided great directions, among other things. The house was nicely furnished with all the amenities we needed. It secluded up on a hillside overlooking Coral bay. We would recommend it highly. »

« I loved the cottage - cute, clean, comfortable, spacious, great views from the cottage, the porch and the pool
. What more could I ask for??The location was nice and quiet, about 30 min from Cruz Bay. Driving up and down the driveway was an adventure! It scared me at first, but I got the hang of it. You can park on the street and avoid the driveway, if you prefer. There are steps up to your cottage but for anyone in decent shape, that shouldn’t be an issue. Such a wonderful place for my escape!...

« The host Kevin is super Kevin’s place is fabulous and he and his manager Theresa were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I was the first guest and they were working to make sure everything was just right, and it was. It is a lovely spot with a great view and sea breezes. The house is very comfortable. « We very much enjoyed the picturesque seascape and the view of all of the surrounding islands. We liked being on the quiet side of the island away from the noise and hustle and bustle. « Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

« Our stay at Karen and Jeff's Villa was just what we needed. The space was very comfortable, and the views were amazing, as promised. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in. The road to the house was steep and took some adjusting to, but we adapted quickly and appreciated the quiet and privacy. Karen and Jeff were very helpful and welcoming, and we hope to visit again in the future! »
