'Perfect hotel but could use a refresher.'

'Everyone was very nice but the air unit in our room was sub par and the floors were dirty. In the food side the beds were very comfortable and clean and the bathroom and was area were very clean also'

'We had a couple of room problems at check-in, but Donovan took care of us and got us an agreeable suite. The room was large, clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, in sink disposal and china and utensils. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall it was ideal for our 3 day visit.'

'Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however. '

'Vent fan rattles when it's turned on. Poor lighting throughout room, most all lighting in low level? No comfortable one person chairs, preferably recliner. two person love seat bottoms out, older people have trouble getting up and out of these types of seats. No support Bars around commode in bathroom. Breakfast was 2nd rate, warmed over eggs and sausage'

'Walker in to what looked like a giant bloodstain on the floor icing and birthday candles and ROACHES all over the place it was so bad my 6 year old was scared to go to sleep and kept a shoe in his hand to hit roaches off of the walls and bed the ac barely worked shower was nasty toilet looked like a dog chewed up the seat roaches in the shower roaches in the fridge microwave ever crawling in and out the doors one bed was fine the other was broken and has a giant dip in the mattress for 64$ I...

'They have bed bugs and the best part they won't refund you if you saw them on your last night too late that u ate up all over your body'

'The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.'
