'Our visit to the Bucking Bull Bunkhouse was very pleasant. A rustic feel to the place was one of a few characteristics that made this location worth the booking. I know planning trips around weather is almost impossible when booking weeks in advance, but we were fortunate to be blessed with two out of two nights of perfect weather. Clear Skys at night aided in the ambiance by the fire pit provided by the property host. The cool crisp weather of a December night didn’t hurt either. ...

'Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Not awful but not even close to good. Cleanliness needs to be attended to. I do not recommend. '

'The neighborhood is filled with boarded up houses and dilapidated houses. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund, and were denied. We choose to stay at the IHG in Magnolia and it was very nice. There are safety concerns with this property. '

Large outdoor area including porches and yard space. All in all, a very good property, well maintained with easy access to local eateries, activities, universities, etc.'
