'I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been.'

'The room was very dirty with visible stains on carpet, kitchen hob was not working, there was weird & loud sound coming out of basin & shower taps in bathroom. There was no one available on reception to help. The pictures posted online while reservations no where matches the reality of room neither in terms of furniture nor in terms of cleanliness.'
