'We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. 'We had a great stay at this property! We were in the area for the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. Having stayed at a different property of Nyccole's last year, we knew we would be happy with it. Comfortable beds, great linens, well equipped for our needs. Highly recommend this host!'
