'House was clean, host communication was great. The people renting the other side of the duplex were loud after midnight. Not great, but Host cannot be held liable for that. Didn't like that there was no on site parking as stated, just in the street which we were uncomfortable with. Neighborhood just gave off and "unsafe" vibe. Put my son on edge.'

'The Place is brand new and very nicely furnished and outfitted. Beds were very comfortable. We were its very first guests. The host was quite welcoming and helpful. It’s just up the street from the shops and restaurants in town. And, it’s near all the various outdoor activities of the Saratoga area.'

'It was a cute, clean small room with easy entry and host was great. No coffee shop and area under construction. Fees were pretty excessive for what the small room offered. If others are stsying there its pretty noisy. Again it was a cute historic building which is cool. '
