'Well appointed room with plenty of space for a family of four. Split rooms were a great feature. Plenty of parking and the location was within walking distance to the centre of town. Staff were super helpful when we encountered an issue and our room was well made up each day with an assortment of breakfast options for our room'

'Booked this last minute after a 5hr motorcycle ride. Checked in and changed and left to meet family for dinner. Returned late and showered late and found the bathroom ceiling covered in black mould with mould spores along the architraves, not just one of two patches but multiple spores. The toilet bowl was also filthy towards the rim like its never been cleaned. Like ceiling or door trims. Was only staying 1 night so nothing i could do at midnight. Advised reception at checkout. 'Great number of beds but really tired room, stained carpets and original bathroom in need of an upgrade. Bathmat needed to be binned years ago and shower surround was stained and mouldy. Kitchen mixer tap in the bathroom was interesting.'
