'Absolutely stunning hotel the room was fantastic the staff very helpful and polite The menu was great with good wine options and the breakfast buffet was excellent'

'The room was very big and clean and pleasant to stay. The service of the hotel staff was not very good. AN important message left for me at the reception was not passed on to me. Also there is no internet available in the rooms, only in the lobby and this is not very stable.'

'Check in was nice and quick. The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit. 'It is well worthwhile upgrading to a beach view larger room'

'What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite '

'Room is clean and very spacious '

'The welcome was good (the staff are lovely) and the room clean, spacious, comfortable and with plenty of facilities. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace, with cushions and blankets to borrow, if needed and a honesty system for drinks. They made arrangements for our dietary requirements. Located close to the beach in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again'

'The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it offers plenty of closet space and a kitchenette. The hosts are very attentive and provide helpful advice on where to go and nearby attractions. I definitely recommend it for visitors to East London and the surrounding areas.'

'Comfortable '

'Mooi in oude stijl hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Prijs is erg laag voor zo'n verzorgd hotel.'
