'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...

'The kids enjoyed the pool and meryenda buffet. The wifi is fast. The place is very peaceful. We loved the foods in the restaurant and cafe, very affordable.The bathroom is superb. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Only one thing, for the price which is close to hotel prices inside Camp John Hay, I hope someone will help us with our bags as well.'
