' We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure...

'prima hotel, mooi gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt op de Liberty universiteits- gebouwen/sportcomplex. Nadeel van de ligging van het hotel is dat je wel een auto bij je moet hebben. De bus transfer van het hotel is alleen mogelijk voor bestemmingen die binnen 2 miles van het hotel liggen. Ga je verder weg dan moet je met een taxi. '

'We came here to celebrate my husband’s over the weekend for his birthday (5/22-5/24)and quickly ended up regretting our decision. The only positive thing was the front desk staff. Our main issue was the condition of our room. Upon first glance it seemed ok but then the saxophones started getting louder! Pulled back the comforter and there was so much spice and pubic hairs and stained pillow cases. It was clear the housekeeper just made up the bed without changing the sheets. The floors had so...

'The room was very small. I think young people would like it. Shower was awkward. The most disappointing thing was that I chose it because the site said something about coffeeshop/Cafe and I thought that would make a 2 day stay easier. The coffee shop was the typical big carafes on a table that most motels have now and the Cafe was some snacks like chips and bottled drinks. The breakfast was ok.'

'I had to wait 20 minutes to check-in at 4pm and there was only 1 person in front checking in. Appears like they only had 1 person there.'

'The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean. The staff was nice. Love that they text you after you arrive, so you can text them for any needs (like extra blankets). The breakfast was impressive- best hotel breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. Ingredients for breakfast sandwiches, big muffins, yogurt and toppings, drinks, and more. If we ever go through this are again, this will be our go to hotel!'

'This hotel is a diamond in the rough. It used to be a classic upscale hotel built as such. The good: Location is perfect. Free Parking garage attached. Rooms are built to be silent. You don't really hear any noise. King bed was pretty comfortable. The price $$ is significantly cheaper than other hotels. The downside: Needs updated decor. No restaurants or breakfast offered, but there used to be a restaurant there. Only basic coffee offered. There are great options up the street. Had to...
