'The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator...

'Room was clean. AC wouldn't go below 68, which when it's over 100 degrees outside is a bummer, but it held it's temp okay. The toilet was LOUD after the flush for a solid 2 or 3 minutes. Food was good, staff was pleasant, valet attendees were top notch.'

'prima hotel, mooi gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt op de Liberty universiteits- gebouwen/sportcomplex. Nadeel van de ligging van het hotel is dat je wel een auto bij je moet hebben. De bus transfer van het hotel is alleen mogelijk voor bestemmingen die binnen 2 miles van het hotel liggen. Ga je verder weg dan moet je met een taxi. '

'The room was disgusting! Not clean at all! The comforter had stains all over it and the bathtub was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. We had the front desk put us in another room and it had the same issues. So obviously this hotel does not care to clean any of its rooms. Also the TV did not work. I will never stay at another Quality Inn again. I would suggest no one stay at this hotel.'

'Our room was fairly dirty in all corners, under the bed, and on bathroom surfaces. The vanity mirror light did not work until we fixed it. The room had a strong, pretty unpleasant smell that when waking up the next morning, stuck in your nose and throat. The manager was very nice and helpful, though. Not the worst place we've stayed, but there could be many improvements.'

'The hotel had a "come on" saying that I had to subscribe to Hilton Honors marketing program before I could access the wifi so my iPad was useless. The staff contradicted this, but it still wouldn't work'

'No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers.'
