'Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the views were lovely as well. Staff was friendly and helpful with the minor hiccups we encountered. Check in and out was seamless and easy. The breakfast basket was delicious, well stocked and different on both mornings. The building is quiet and main rooms face the lake. Waking up to the sun rising & sparkling off the lake was beautiful.'

The building was unlit, and there were large spiders around the entrance and the key fob panel. Inside the apartment there were spiders in every room. My husband tried clearing them with a vacuum and we kept finding more. When we opened the balcony door, it was far worse than anything inside. 'We stayed in a penthouse suite. It was very spacious with a wraparound terrace. Everything was state of the art. The only thing that needs improvement was breakfast, which was the same every day with not a lot of choice.'
