The building is under going somewhat major construction. The lobby was completely gone, just a side door to the elevators. Dust in the hallways on most floors. Gym closed. 'We had a great time during spring break in this rental. It was large enough for our family of 5 in a clean, safe environment just over the bridge from downtown DC. Our boys loved being so close to DC landmarks and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The building is currently being renovated and looks like the updates will be amazing.'

'The house was really close to DC and made it easy to get into the city to see the memorials and museums. It was also close to the Zoo which made it nice to get an early start on the day. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed reading in the backyard around the fire pit while the little kids napped. We were able to park 2 minivans and an SUV in the parking area. 'The worst host ever i experienced. The host cancelled part of my reservation and increased nightly rates. Freezing cold room i couldn't sleep. I asked for room heater, host doesn't respond until 1am, then checked out for finding another hotel. The host allowed me to cancel the reservation bjt before that she cancelled it giving inappropriate reasons and refund me almost half money only. I 100% disappointed. VRBO should look after this issue.'

'This house was the perfect location for our family and friends from across the country to gather for a special event. The location is wonderful and the property manager was very responsive. The only downside was that the cleaners did not complete their work prior to the 4 pm check in time. Easy walk to metro station, a large mall and plenty of places to eat and shop.'

"Net hotel met schone en ruime kamers. Goede locatie om met de auto te verblijven vanwege het gratis parkeren. En het makkelijk kunnen bereiken van een metro parking met de auto om zo het stadscentrum te bereiken. Twee minpunten: de oude tv's waarop een game basketbal of honkbal niet op te volgen zijn. En het erg summiere ontbijt. Het ontbijt werd ongeveer een uur voor het afliep al niet meer bijgevuld, waardoor de opties zeer beperkt waren. De tweede dag van ons verblijf hebben wij daarom ergens anders ontbeten."
