« I was disappointed to find the room smelled terrible, the bed was not properly made, the carpet was dirty and the water sprinkler appeared to be hanging by a thread. When I tried to contact the owner about the issues and my early checkout, which was necessitated by the room's condition, they evaded my calls and directed me through a third party, refusing to refund my money. The check-in and checkout process was also slow due to the staff being busy, likely because they were understaffed. »

« This was an excellent location for us; everything was close by including family. Our dog enjoyed being off leash in the fenced in backyard, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub at night. We stayed over a week, so we made a lot of meals there. I wouldn’t say the kitchen is well stocked for how much we used it, but we got by just fine.
