First floor

3 bedrooms (2 with queen size beds + 1 with bunk beds for children and double sofa bed). The two double bedrooms share a terrace with a view of the pool. The third bedroom has a terrace with a view of the hill.
1 bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.

A semi-covered terrace with a table for 12/14 people for outdoor lunches + 1 semi-covered outdoor lounge area
6x12 m swimming pool, available from April to October. Protection by submerged electric shutter. No fence.
South exposure. Deckchairs and sun loungers are available for guaranteed moments of relaxation. Porch with swing and trampoline for children. Games are also available for you: molky, "pétanque" (children and adults), board games, some children's toys in the bedrooms.
A large parking area is available on the ground floor of the house. 4 cars can park comfortably.

The house is entirely at your disposal. There will be no other people on site.

The end of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. The house must be emptied of all waste and household appliances cleaned after use.
For your safety, the house is equipped with a fire alarm system.
All child bathing is under the sole responsibility of parents.
Before your arrival, you will be required to sign the house rules.
