'We are repeat guests, usually for our anniversary we come for a couple nights. We’ve stayed here many times over the last 5-6 years. It’s a beautiful property, very comfortable rooms and elegant style. Only things I would mention that could be improved is it seems in some rooms things are needing a few upgrades or maintenance. The shower door in our first room didn’t open, the hinges were sliding off. Also our first room was beside the elevator. We couldn’t sleep the first night with the wall...

'The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never...
