Summer vacation rental on Panther Lake! Also available to rent the rest of the year for snowmobiling, hunting, ice fishing, salmon fishing (just 20 minutes away) or just a relaxing getaway on the lake. Right on the water with your own dock with stairs leading into the water. New for 2021 is a 5 person hot tub in our remodeled three season room! Bring your boat OR... ASK ABOUT RENTING OUR BOAT FOR YOUR STAY! Great fishing, swimming, and water skiing or tubing. Relax on the large two-level deck and watch the sunset by the fire pit. Professionally landscaped. Central air conditioned. Four bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Can sleep 11+.
Huge master bedroom with a king sized bed and master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Enough room to setup a blowup mattress and/or crib as well. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the cozy sitting area overlooking the lake. 50” 4K smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and just enough room to set up a small porta-crib if needed. Bedroom 3 has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa or inflatable bed located in the living room on the main floor.
Prepare meals for all your guests in the spacious kitchen. Propane grill located on the deck. Two-car garage available to park out of the sun (or snow). Lots of parking available for your guests. 6 night minimum stay during the summer: Check in after 4:00pm. Check outs by 11:00am.
Enjoy a whole house in the off season for all kinds of activities. Close proximity to the Salmon River, and Salmon River Falls, multiple state forests for hunting season, Turning Stone Casino, and just 30 minutes from the Syracuse Airport. Ice fishing is extremely popular during winter. Great for snowmobiling as the trail is just down the road. Monthly and weekly discounts available. Use the garages to store your sleds and vehicles instead of trailering to trail heads. (Check availability first) Drive your snowmobile right from the garage to the trail in 60 seconds. Makes a great home base the whole family can stay in. Laundry room is located on the first floor. Smart TVs located in the living room and master bedroom. Fast and reliable WiFi included which makes for a great space to work remotely.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake home, even though it was mid-winter and snowy! Miles was a great host with excellent communication and was very flexible. He made suggestions of local cuisine as well, which was helpful. It made for a great little get away!

Check in was very easy and Miles was so quick to communicate with us on anything needed. The kitchen was amazing; had everything we needed to cook all week with plenty of beautiful dishes. Loved the coffee/tea bar. This house is spacious and beautiful; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fun games for the family, along with puzzles. Wonderful House

We flew out from Arizona to attend our Son's graduation from Syracuse University. Our stay at the lake house for 5 nights was wonderful. The house was clean and Miles was very inviting. The location was great and we had a wonderful time.I truly wished we extended our stay for a little long. Panther Lake Escape

We enjoyed a week of family time on Panther Lake. We were able to bring our fishing boat and tie it to the dock right in front of the camp. Everyone caught multiple fish. Everything at the camp worked as it should. It was very quiet during the week. The grocery store was near enough that restocking essentials was painless. We had one issue that was resolved in a timely manner. We would recommend Miles’ rental to family and friends.

Excellent lake house

Great spot to spend some time with family and friends. House has every toy (boat, kayak, paddle board, paddle wheeler, ping pong table, darts, hot tub, fire pit) for all age ranges to keep the fun meter at high throughout the stay. Love the large dining room table where everyone can comfortably gather and enjoy food and games. Miles was always responsive and a great host. Hope to return in winter when the lake freezes over.

Perfect location on Panther lake

This was a family vacation with all adult children. Very comfortable property with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful lake. The view from the top deck is gorgeous. The water is clear and refreshing. I would, however, not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs from the top deck down to the water are very steep. My husband did not venture down them. All in all, a beautiful spot.

Great place!

Beautiful, clean spacious home for all to enjoy. Our family ranged in age from 13 months-86 years old. We had great weather and were in the water everyday. We are from the city and appreciated the sandy bottom of the lake and no seaweed. The steps going into the lake were perfect for my 86 year old father. Beautiful sunsets every night! We will be back!

Lovely Stay

The property is a perfect size for a family to comfortably fit. There was a pack-n-play, high chair and toys for a little one; all kinds of board games, cards and water "toys" for older kids. Unfortunately not all of our family could come stay with us so we did not use many of the "toys". That being said, it was calm and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfy furniture on the lower deck and the beautiful sunsets.
